Ear Buddies

There is a new device available to newborns who may have prominent ears (dumbo ears) that allows molding before the ear cartilage hardens.  This would avoid surgery in the future to deal with excessive protrusions and the stigma of having them.  If your newborn has prominent ears, I would encourage you to obtain this product from on-line sources.

Lifestyle lifts…

don’t save you anything, nor do you know what franchisee you are getting.  A patient recently in for something else mentioned getting a Lifestlye Lift (but it was a facelift, browlift and laser around the mouth) that cost $8200 in the office under local.

I researched my own fees and found it would cost $8400 for the same procedures done locally, in the OR under anesthesia (more comfortable) and my work is backed up with my revision policy should things not achieve what was expected.  Right now, her neck was overdone with liposuction and she has visible scars behind her ears… considered less then the standard of care for facial rejuvenation.
