Hyprocrisy in life
There is a marketing campaign by another group in town about how you can find services locally and that you don’t have to leave town, implying that you should see them. Yet that same group obtains many of their services from outside Shasta County. How can they expect people to ‘buy local’ when they don’t practice what they preach? I can honestly say that I’m all ‘local’ from my retirement fund management to my attorneys and I do buy local.
Alternative to nipple reconstruction
A patient of mine who is undergoing breast reconstruction informed me that she was thinking of having body art over her reconstructed mound rather than the traditional nipple reconstruction or tattooing. What an innovative idea as its personal, artsy, creative, and unique to what is selected. I think I will be informing patients more of this innovative option!
